  • Do you offer express/expedited shipping?
    We offer several shipping options. You can select express or expedited shipping at checkout for an additional cost.
  • Do you ship outside the US?
    We can ship to certain locations outside the US. Contact us before you place an order to make sure we can ship to your location.
  • What shipping methods do you offer?
    We offer a variety of shipping methods from ground to expedited. We also do freight shipping for parts that require it.
  • Can I track my shipment?
    Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
  • What if the part is broken or damaged during shipping?
    You should refuse the shipment from the carrier. If you didn't notice the damage until after you have accepted the part, you must file a claim through the carrier. Once the claim is processed, we will issue a replacement.
  • How long does it take a part to ship?
    We try to get your parts out the door within 1-2 business days. Once it's been shipped, shipping time depends on your location and the shipping method and carrier you selected.
  • Can I order online and pickup locally?
    We offer local pickup in the Houston area and at select events at local tracks. Please contact us through e-mail at or at 877-647-8833 for more information and to verify availability of your part that you would like to pick up.
  • What is the orange stock status?
    Some items are on their way to our warehouse or will ship from our manufacturer.  Most items will ship the same or next day.  Please contact us at 877-647-8833 if you have any questions about stock status of an item.

Returns and Exchanges

  • What happens if you send me the wrong part?
    Contact us right away so we can issue an RMA number for return. We will send you the correct part as well as a pre-paid return shipping label for the incorrect part.
  • What happens if I order the wrong part?
    You can process this as a return or exchange. Please visit your "My Account" page to fill out the RMA request form. If you checked out as a guest, please give us a call so we can issue an RMA.
  • How do I return or exchange a part?
    Returns and exchanges are accepted in the original condition and packaging. Returns and exchanges are accepted for up to 14 days after you receive your parts.


  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept all major credit cards.
  • How do you protect my credit card information?
    All orders on our site are encrypted. We also use PCI compliant processes to ensure secure credit card information. We do not store your credit card on our servers.
  • What do I do if I need to cancel my order?
    Contact us right away if you need to cancel. If the order hasn't been processed, we'll issue a refund. Otherwise, the order will need to be treated as a return, and a refund will be issued after the return process has been finalized.
  • Do you ever offer coupons or discounts?
    We do occasionally offer coupons and discounts. Sign up for our newsletter to be the first to hear about our latest specials.
  • Do you charge sales tax?
    Sales tax is calculated depending on where you live. Tax will show at time of checkout, before payment.
  • Do I need to have an account to order a part?
    You can check out as a guest, but we recommend creating an account. With a registered account, you can track current and past orders and easily initiate a return or exchange.

  • How can I be sure the part I need will fit my vehicle?
    All parts will offer fitment information, but feel free to contact us before ordering if you're unsure.
  • Do you offer a warranty?
    Our parts are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.
  • How do aftermarket parts affect my vehicle's warranty?
    Most parts are covered by consumer protection laws. As long as the part isn't known for causing damage (superchargers, nitrous, etc.), you can install aftermarket parts without worry.
